Polar Plunge 2012

Several members of the Shakopee Police Department participated in the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics, which was held Feb. 18 at Prior Lake. The event raised approximately $72,000 for Special Olympics.

Minnesota Night to Unite

The Shakopee Police Department participated in the second annual Minnesota Night to Unite celebration on Tuesday, Aug. 3, 2010.

Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics

Shakopee Police Department hosted their 7th Annual Law Enforcement Torch Run to benefit Special Olympics. 
Several athletes from the Special Olympics joined runners from the City of Shakopee, Chaska PD, Scott County Sheriff’s Office, Scott County Attorney’s Office, and Savage Police Department for the 4.5 mile run through the community. 
All funds benefit the Special Olympics.
