The Finance Department is responsible for the city's operating and capital budgets, accounts payable and receivable, cash management, financial reporting, special assessments, and Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.

Budget Process and Timeline
A brief description of the process and timeline followed by city staff and officials in developing the city's annual budget and tax levy.

Cost of Services Study
A comprehensive study of the cost of providing a range of building and development related services, for which the City charges a fee.  This study was conducted by Springstead, Inc. and adopted by the City Council in July of 2006.
