SandVenture Group Reservations

Groups reservations are available from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. between the dates of June 11 and Aug. 19. Groups of 25 or more people need to print out the group request form and the group guideline letter, which outlines the procedures for making a request, deposits and fees, minimum adult-to-child ratios, and other regulations that apply.

After reading the guidelines, complete the request form and return it using one of the following methods:

Group reservations must be received two weeks prior to your anticipated visit. Once your dates are approved, we will mail you a confirmation and permit, as well as instructions on submitting the deposit.
